UTM 9.3550 1 released

Just had one UTM advise that the software was available for installation.

  • Hello Guys we have this Issue after Upgrade.

    Issue 1:

    we cannot use Hotspot Voucher anymore.

    If we login into User Portal and try to Click on "Hotspot" Button , nothing happens and all the other Buttons like "SSL Connection" "change Password" etc. will also become unckicable.

    so it completly borkes our User Portal and Hotspot Vouchering.

    We tried to Restart, create new Wlan Networks, New Vouchers etc. but nothing helps.

    Issue 2: (by another Customer)

    TLS encryption for Email security doesn´t work anymore. We tried with some other certifikates but without success.

    Any idea of how we could solve this?

    we will open a Ticket by Sophos but we had bad experience with response time of Sophos Support. So if someone have a suggestion it would be great to hear.

  • Hi, Swjatoslav,  and welcome to the UTM Community!

    I'm not seeing either of these problems with my customers. Try restoring a backup.  Did that work?
