Since Firmware version: 9.352-6 while logged into Webadmin interface i receive constantly the message 'backend connection failed'. Can i roll back the previous firmware?

no. rollback is not supported.
you need to reinstall with an older-iso version and need an older backup fitting the install-version to import then.
