9.308-16 Released to GA

on a new installation of asg-9.306-6.1 > 9.307-6 > 9.308-16 with no particular setting, along sporadic congestion, higher ping and loss of troughput, I'm seeing unusual CPU usage of webadmin.plx and httpproxy on ESXi 5.5.2 ProLiant MSG8 VMXNET3.
There no other VM running.
Reverting back to 9.307-6 seems to solve it.

Is there any word on this (RED) Disconnect issue from Sophos? I’ve got a few sites with RED10’s.

Another Bug:

after reordering our Interfaces, our Mailserver got out via the wrong IP via SMTP. (and gotten lots of missing reverse DNS Error replys)
We have a Multipath rule that says that our Mailserver should go over a specific IP, but it didn't apply. [:(]

EDIT: think its based on our faulty multipath rule since we are using the sophos smtp proxy and i changed it to source: any. will test as soon as i can.

Hi Ben,

in your case, you would need an SNAT rule, so that all smtp traffic is sent with the specific uplink interface.

Or you could update your DNS records, so that rDNS resolves correctly and you still have the advantage of multipathing and uplink-ha.

i dont think i need SNAT in this case, but thanks for the input.

It is normal behaviour if you didn't uncheck "Skip rule on interface error" option in multipath rule:

Having problems at work with our RED right after the update with our RED reconnecting every 2 minutes :-(

Neuilly Marne: did you try to configure the RED to the specific IP adress instead of host?
