After a reboot of a HA node, it doesn't start anymore and blocks on the "Sophos Protection" display.
When I connect an HDMI cable, I get the message: "Reboot and select propoer boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key".
I've tried the following procedure: support.sophos.com/.../KB-000034331
But I don't get the same behavior at step 6: "Once the installer has started, it will begin to re-image the appliance. No questions will be asked by the installer during the re-imaging."
In my case, the SG210 boots from the DVD and asks to start the installation. If I decide to start the installation, I get the message "No hard disk was found" during the detection stage.
Does this mean that the storage is dead, or have I used the wrong image? (I used the asg-9.716-2.1.iso image burned on a DVD).
