my utm120 is broken

today i tried to install my utm120.

for some reason, i tried to reinstall firmware into utm120.(i used usb and virtual cd-rom)

but it failed. i tried again and again but failed

ever my utm can't display after booting(i use RGB-to-HDMI converter to see display). so i don't know what happened.

can i recover my utm? if it can't i may give up...

And you have already tried re-imaging the appliance, right?

During the re-image process - what is the error or display page you receive when unsuccessful ?

yes, i know it reached eol yet.

at first, as i wrote before i can't see anything during reimage progress. i just confirm by hdd light. keep turn on hdd light i consider the firewall is being reimage.

after complete reimage(maybe) hdd light turns off. and i push power switch, no response. i keep push power switch some seconds, firewall turns off.

after that, turns on, make sound little beep, and no response. ever no hdd access. if i push power s/w, it turns off immediately.

sorry. it isn't related to my case. though display out doesn't work, it pass bios test. in fact, if i press del key as soon as turn on, it enter to bios setup(it can see. display well) how strange!

I would try to replace the HDD.
