No interface found on Nexcom DNA120

Hello everyone. I just bought a Nexcom DNA120 (I understand that it is hardware similar to the UTM SG115) and I am trying to install version 18.5.3.
At the end of the installation, it enters failsafe mode, and tells me that it does not detect network interfaces.
From what I see it has Intel I211AT adapters, which I see are compatible with Sophos XG.
If I install windows on the box, the interfaces work correctly.
Is it necessary to make any additional settings with these network adapters? Thank you very much!

  • You may want to ask on the XG forums, as it looks like that is an XG version, not a UTM one.

However, if you have UEFI enabled, you will need to have that disabled in the BIOS.  But, I would try on XG forums, someone there might be able to help out better.
