questioning about upgrading from a home license

I’m trying to upgrade a home license for a sg105w to a paid license. An Upgrade-UPG SG 105 Network Protection - 36 MOS license has been purchased. The issue I’m running into is that in the myutm.sophos.com/accounts.php accounts, the home license is not available for me to upgrade. Has anyone encountered this before or might have a solution?

I think you have to contact a Sophos reseller

Hi and welcome to the UTM Community!

To "renew" the free home-use license, you just delete the existing license in MyUTM.

I'm confused about why you would want a paid license for a home-use situation.
