I’m trying to upgrade a home license for a sg105w to a paid license. An Upgrade-UPG SG 105 Network Protection - 36 MOS license has been purchased. The issue I’m running into is that in the myutm.sophos.com/accounts.php accounts, the home license is not available for me to upgrade. Has anyone encountered this before or might have a solution?
