Upload Speed Very Slow

Hi,

I've installed a Sophos SG210 to NTU (Cisco ME3400e) fiber 100Mb/100Mb connection. I get around 68Mb download but only 3Mb upload. I connected my laptop directly to the NTU and getting around 80Mb/80Mb. What would be the problem?

Things I tested:

1. Cable check

2. Disabled IPS & Web filtering and only keep the basic network settings.

One thing I notice is that Sophos WAN port (eth1) showing a lot of errors and collisions. It seems it is because of the half duplex. Would this be the issue why I am getting 3Mb upload speed? If I manually change the duplex mode to full, then the link goes down. I cannot check the other side of the port as it is managed by ISP.
