Inaccessible Webadmin and User Portal (v7.500)

After updating from 7.405 to 7.500 i can't access webadmin or user portal any more.
Webadmin was configured to use port 9002 and user portal is configured to port 4444.
The firewall listens to both ports (a telnet to both ports results in established connects without any messages), but attempts with https to those ports time out (no SSL warning appears).
Any hint to get back control?

  • I bet you are stuck with reloading 7.405.  I would suggest going back to 4444 for WebAdmin before you Up2Date to 7.500.  You could change the User Portal access to 4443.  Also, you might want to leave yourself a "backdoor" to get into WebAdmin through the External interface.

  • My port was on 4444 before upgrading, i think you are referring to the original poster.

    I opened a support case with Astaro, perhaps they will find a solution.
