HA nodes with Flexi Port Module using copper on node 1 and fibre on node 2 - supported?

Currently our SG430 HA A/P cluster with 4 Port 1G Flexi SFP+ Module is using copper on both nodes.

All is fine.

Now one node needs to move to a different location and thus needs it changed from 1G copper to 1G fibre connection while the other keeps it's 1G copper.

We're talking about of the same eth ports of course.

From my opinion it should work with HA but maybe someone already has this up and running and can confirm it?

    It works for me in multiple installations.
    But every switch or media converter in the data path is a potential source of problems (more than one time until now)
