Sophos SG Webserver Reverse Authentication not working Exchange OWA

Hello,

We are using a Sophos SG and wanted to publish an OWA page from the Exchange Server and secure it via reverse authentication. If we configure the virtual as well as the real web server on port 80, the reverse authentication works and the Sophos website appears and the users have to log in. However, as soon as we switch to port 443, the reverse authentication page no longer appears and we end up directly on the OWA login page.

What could be the reason for this?

Thank you for reaching out to the community, ensure that no other services run on ports 80 or 443 on Sophos UTM. To check if the WAF network socket is listening on ports 80 or 443 by running the command below: netstat -naltp | grep -E ':80|:443'
