vpn problem on smar phone

Hi

I have problem connecting with my smart phone to sophos utm via vpn.

utm 210 in cluster.

I tried i[hone 12, iphone 14, samsung s22 ultra, samsung m52.

From the computer everything work ok.

a month ago everything was ok, I could connect via smartphone.

I import the conf file again, I uninstall and reinstall the openvpn app, restart the smarphone, restart the utm.

Any idea what to do?
