vpn problem on smar phone

Hi

I have problem connecting with my smart phone to sophos utm via vpn.

utm 210 in cluster.

I tried i[hone 12, iphone 14, samsung s22 ultra, samsung m52.

From the computer everything work ok.

a month ago everything was ok, I could connect via smartphone.

I import the conf file again, I uninstall and reinstall the openvpn app, restart the smarphone, restart the utm.

Any idea what to do?

What app are you using? Did you by any chance update from 3.3.x to 3.4.x in the last month? There is a known regression, see here . Either ask your cluster admin to apply the workaround given in this…

What app are you using? Did you by any chance update from 3.3.x to 3.4.x in the last month?

There is a known regression, see here. Either ask your cluster admin to apply the workaround given in this thread until a MR for the UTM will be avaialble or downgrade your openvpn ap to 3.3.
