Hello, for all AD synced users we enabled OTP verification but how can we do this for local users, too? We don't find the correct menu to do this, maybe a simple thing that we don't see the forest for the trees. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Under the authentication services > One-time password > Authentication settings > there is the option "All user must use one-time passwords." if you enable it will be applicable for every user, if you untick it will provide you an option to select individuals users/groups:
