since beginning of the new year we are facing a lot of IPsec VPN issuses and we are wondering wether they could be caused by the last firmware update (9.713-19) applied in the end of december last year....
Many users complaining that they cannot connect to VPN but before christmas holiday the could. In the user athentication logs there are a lot of (too many) messages like
id="3005" severity="warn" sys="System" sub="auth" name="Authentication failed"
and
id="3006" severity="info" sys="System" sub="auth" name="OTP verification did not succeed, failing authentication."
Other users reporting often VPN disconnections. Normaly the IPsec connections were cut after round about 7 hours but actually user are telling us that they get disconnect after one hour or less.....
We dont know what to analyse any more than the logs and the firmware update is the only thing we could imagin as cause...
Maybe there are others with same problems?
