When I add either a local SMTP server which is locked down by IP address and forwards the email to our MS365 SMTP server. When I add my local SMTP server IP address and hit apply I get "SMTP authentication username missing.", our servers don't use this, is there a work around? Any why would Sophos enforce such a thing, isn't up to the customer to decide if they are going to use it or not??
