Standard Static Routes are not working

When I wrote the belowed static route, it is not shown in the route tables and it also doesn't work, any idea why?

    Please insert a picture of the Edit of the route with the two Network objects open in Edit.

    Also, a simple diagram of your network topology with IPs and subnets listed.
