Hello, We currently have one SG 210 firewall in our production environment. We bought recently two new units that I tested in our lab with temporary licenses. Now all tests are done and I will replace the current unit by the two new ones and I will implement HA Active/Passive. My question is: what shoud I do about the licensing stuff ? Here is whatI wanted to do: I will backup my configuration from my current unit and then shut it down. I will upload it to one of the new units and then activate HA (and other changes from my tests). Would I be OK for the license (which is included with the backup) given that the hardware is changed ? Should I change something on "MyUTM" ? Regards, DeltaSM

Sophos SG 210 - Hardware modification - What about license ?

We currently have one SG 210 firewall in our production environment.

Thank you for your feedback.

However, these articles don't fit my request since I want to change a license to one appliance to another in our company. It's not a transfer between companies.

From one appliance to another appliance there are steps available here:

But again both the appliances should be registered under the same account.

But as your requirement is from one company to another company that would be from one account to another for that appliance, in that case would suggest once contact customer care team, they will help you with your requirement.

It's for the same company. It will be from an old to a new appliance (two in fact but with HA active/passive).

Your link seems good but... I have nothing in MySophos account ! All I have about licenses is here:

I will contact our reseller to have support because I'm quite lost.
