3 beeps and not starting sg 330/utm

Anyone knows why a SG 330 does not start and makes 3 beeps.

It stays in the same state the whole time it is on, port lights are also static. I cannot connect to it via COM either, it seems fully dead, any help?

3 short beeps is usually a RAM defect.

Some confusion.

Does the device not POST at all or doesn't boot?

No POST it doesn't get as far as booting - no video, can't get into the bios, no boot.

No boot means you can access all of the above, but the OS (UTM) fails to boot for some reason.

As mentioned before, the beeping usually indicates a hardware issue. However, I've found vm's that boot with sound available, generate several beeps during the process.
