On the UTM server, the IPs are configured by DHCP. The problem is that sometimes computers are disconnected due to the same IP and it is not clear whether the problem is with DHP or not?

Hallo Mina and welcome to the UTM Community!
Unlike DHCP on a Windows server, UTM does not create a "reservation" for an assigned IP. You must assign fixed IPs outside of the dynamic range of the UTM's DHCP server.
