SOPHOS UTM-9 Unable to create hotspot vouchers after 9.707-5 update

Hi All,

I upgraded my UTM-9 to version 9.707-5 after which I am unable to generate new hotspot vouchers. I looked at the hotspot logs and I am seeing the following error:

Failed to connect to database: could not connect to server: Connection refused

Has anyone experienced this before? Any assistance is appreciated.

Will these affect any other databases within the firewall? My UTM is in production currently.

Yes. If this isn't a home-use situation, you should get Sophos Support involved.

Yes. If this isn't a home-use situation, you should get Sophos Support involved.
