Hi, we detected that some PCs are having issues with download speeds, this happens in devices with Statics IP, in certain PCs this problem was fixed by setting DHCP, in other cases this did not resolve this issue.
When i use my laptop with a static IP download speed is very slow, but as soon as I set my NIC with DHCP, download speeds noticeably increases.
The company has an SG150 with a proxy, we already ruled out an ISP problem, or a switch related problem. There is a possibility that there's some rule that limits the bandwidth within a range of addresses?
PS. I don't have access to settings in the device. But i can talk with the people who can access the device.
