Sophos UTM DHCP server: "dhcpd: Server starting service" every 5 minutes

We are running a DHCP server (not a relay) on our Sophos UTM. In the DHCP logsI see every 5 minutes the log below.

It looks like the DHCP server is restarting every 5 minutes. Is this normal? Why every 5 minutes?
