Hello M.Novelli,
Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!
There are currently no plans to integrate IKEv2 into Sophos UTM 9
Regards,
sorry but after numerous announcements since years, I wouldn't count on it.
bye Josef

hard to know who to believe... I just got the following answer from Sophos Support:
UTM9/SG doesn’t support IKEv2 and will not be supporting it anytime soon. We don’t even have a target date for when it will be supported on UTM9/SG. In short it definitely won’t be supported it by the time you’re looking to carry out your project in the coming months. IKEv2 is supported under XG in AWS but doesn’t have the same flexibility that SG has in AWS like auto scaling and rail guard integration.
I wish we had a better answer for you but that’s unfortunately what we have available in regards to IKEv2.
I guess that doesn't exactly mean they aren't working on it ... but it's clearly not a high priority. That's pretty much the final nail in the UTM coffin for me. I may see what I can do with the XG product at AWS ... but their response on that isn't very encouraging either.
