  • Hello Arnold,

Thank you for contacting the community.

    - When are you getting that error? Are you visiting some websites?

    - If this is while you are visiting a website, is it all websites or specif ones?

    - Have you configured HTTPS Decrypt and Scan in the UTM?

    - If you have configured HTTPS D&S please install the HTTPS CAs certificate in your Web Browser (Web Protection >> Filtering Options >> HTTPS CAs >> Signing CA >> Download

    - To install it in your Web Browser for example in Chrome follow these steps

    Google Chrome

    • To the right of the Address Bar, click on Customize and control Google Chrome button and click Settings.
Click Show advanced settings and scroll down to HTTPS/SSL.
Click Manage Certificates... to display the Certificates window.
Switch to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab and click the Import button to start Certificate Import Wizard.
      Import the Certificate downloaded

Let me know if this helps you, it not, please clarify what are you trying to access when you get that error and if you are using or not the UTM as a Web Filter and what Operation Mode the filter is being used if you are using Web Filtering.
