Bridged Mode Modem

ISP just set up my modem into bridge mode, but after I connected my SG135 , the computers connected to the SG135 does not have internet. Dashboard shows the green UP on the internet but the no internet on computers. I think there is something wrong in configuration on my Interfaces but I can't find the mistake. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks

Hi KhaLev,

please provide more details like screen shot of your current interface setup, the IP Address it is getting etc.

Hi KhaLev,

I believe you are using the incorrect l type of connection.

the type most use is PPPoE, then you enter the account that the ISP provided (usually username@provider) don't forget the password.

you can also enter the static IP for a PPPoE connection if required.

have you tried this?

What do you get when you connect a pc/laptop directly to the modem? Do you get a public ip and have connectivity? If so, I'd set up the interface as dynamic ipv4.

Not sure what you're doing to capture images, but they are too small to be legible.

Not sure what you're doing to capture images, but they are too small to be legible.
