SPX password not sending

Hello, 
 We are using spx on our utm. When the email message goes out, it goes out encrypted, Shows encrypted on their end and asks to put in a password to view. However password is not sending to end user. Not sure what setting makes this happen.

Management... Notifications 
 On the Advanced tab, specify all of the settings needed for UTM to submit a message to your mail server. 
 On the Global tab, specify a "from" email address for UTM to use. Assuming that UTM is using an authenticated login, the "from" username should be the same as the logon username. 
 To receive notifications from UTM, put your email address in the notification recipients list. SPX does not need the notification recipients, but it does need all of the other information so that it knows how to send an email using its own identity.
