Webadmin crashes - ASG Software Sophos UTM 9 version 9.509-3

Hi,
we have sophos UTM 9 version 9.509-3 ASG Software.
Recently, we had a problem with webadmin. In fact, the webadmin interface has not responded to any requests. So, we restarted the httpd service. However, webadmin crashed twice in the day.
So we want to know, what is the probable cause of the problem?

PM me the httpd.log to investigate further. Let me know the time and date the issue appeared.
