100% disk usage after Windows 10 April Update

I'm managing nearly 80 devices with Sophos Antivirus Installed. Few devices were updated to Windows 10 April update and all of them have working extremely slow. When I check the disk usage, it is 100% and top apps are all Sophos components. 

When I uninstall Sophos, I can still see those Sophos components running in the background. Any solution for this?

    Which Sophos antivirus are you using?  What did you do to uninstall it?  When you say disk usage is 100%, do you mean that they're being filled up?

    I'm using Sophos Central -Cloud version. Please see the attached screenshot of the running processes. So many sophos services are consuming the memory and "Performs virus scanning and .." process takes the most memory and disk at most times at 100%.

  • If you were using the UTM Endpoint, I would move this thread to that forum here in the UTM Community.  Since you are using Central, you should post your question in the appropriate forum in that community.
