Voucher Customization

Hello BETA testers,

we are still struggling with certain PDF types with our Voucher customization feature. Therefore we would like to ask you to generate Vouchers and test them.

Please fill out the form and upload the PDF in case a failure occured, so we can fix it and generate a knowledge base article with supported programs and tools.

    @juergen852: In your template a variable containing possible characters is missing. When you don't include them in the template before creating the PDF, the fonts for the characters currently not in your template will not be embedded in the PDF, and so they can't be displayed when text is later replaced.
    -> Just add a string somewhere which contains them (like ).

    @LudovicP: Your problem is similar. The text "Aucun(e)" is inserted, but the ( ) are not in the list of characters. Please add them to the character list variable in your template.
