Can we go Back to the Future?

Am I the only one that has noticed that the integration of the Astaro KnowledgeBase into the Sophos database has given us a virtually useless tool?

Team, run these in parallel.  A lot of us will help you tune the Sophos side, but the present situation is untenable.

    Another observation...

    The acknowledgement that the search routine is substandard is astonishing.  Was this discovered only after the clumsy (I'm being generous) integration of the Astaro KB?

    This demonstrates a lack of caring for the time and life of your customers and partners.  This aspect of corporate culture apparently needs some attention.
