Can we go Back to the Future?

When I was looking into the KB of Astaro, I also ran into troubles finding manuals and 'how-to's. [:@]

I am already not felling very well searching in the KB of SOPHOS AV - so i don't feel that I want to look into the SOPHOS integrated Astaro KB [:(]

Another observation...

The acknowledgement that the search routine is substandard is astonishing.  Was this discovered only after the clumsy (I'm being generous) integration of the Astaro KB?

This demonstrates a lack of caring for the time and life of your customers and partners.  This aspect of corporate culture apparently needs some attention.
