My Home ASG(120 Rev.2) had the strangest thing happen since I upgraded to 7.390 from 7.386. The ASG stopped responding. It would respond occasionally to pings and I was able to navigate WebAdmin for a minute or 2 then there would be no response. This would keep happening. My br0 interferace had a state of down and the link was up. I was able to disable the bridge after a long process of the ASG going up and down. That didn't fix the issue either.
I checked 'top' and the CPU would spike from 80-100% with the the following processes alternating with the highest cpu usage: httpproxy, confd, mdw. I shut off the http proxy but still high CPU usage. Occasionaly it would drop and I could navigate web admin but that would only last like 2 minutes before it would go back to being unresponsive.
Now, I originally thought this may have been caused by the memory upgrade to 1GB, maybe the stick was bad but I switched back to 512 and re-imaged. Loaded back to 7.386 and all was well. I let it run for a day and no issues arose. I then upgraded again to 7.390 and the same thing started happening.
Anyone else experience this or anything similar since the new release?
