Access Point State Offline

DMR188

When I add an AP100C it shows Status as up to date, but when I add Networks/SSIDs to the AP it never updates and then shows offline. 

One thing interesting as well, is it shows the IP in the cloud dashboard as 192.168.233.55 but the real IP of the Access Point on the LAN is 172.16.48.70.  I don't know if theres any correlation.

Also, I have tried adding the networks with a VLAN Tag and without.

Please let me know if there are any ideas.

    Hi everyone,

    In order to reproduce and debug this issue, could you please help us

    with the below informations and actions:

    1. Please provide your Access Point firmware version -- ( can find in wireless->settings)

    2. Please provide your Access Point ID.

    3. Enable the "Forward access points logs" in the Diagnostics under wireless->settings page

    and save it

    4. Please redo the steps as you mentioned to reproduce the issue
