Problem with Sophos Central Wireless

Our access points have been offline since the early morning. The access points are integrated into Sophos Central. 
Resetting the device and re-registering it was also unsuccessful. This runs into a TimeOut.
Are there currently problems with Sophos Central? Thanks

    we have the same problem with all our customers and all access points, different models.
    As long as you do not disconnect the devices, they seem to continue working for the time being.
    After a reboot they are gone.
