Migrate from on-site to central

Yesterday i started with migrate my sophos AP to central.

i'v already done 3 sites without problems

Now on the 4th i can't  register the AP in central ,  "AP did not connect to cloud within the timeout" is the message.

in the Firewall the AP is marked as pending.

How to solve ?

    Sounds like you haven't turned off XG management of the AP (Administration > Device Access > Wireless Protection off). If Wireless "Protection" is on, the XG will intercept  the AP's attempt to contact Sophos Central -- which is what you see with "Pending".. Not sure if you need to reboot the XG or if you can cancel the Pending and then turn off Wireless Protection.
