[Update]: RESOLVED - The problem is resolved in Sophos Central, but the Access Point needs to be re-registered. Please follow the Steps in "Resolution"
Some customers may have intermittent issue where the Access Points are not able to connect to Sophos Central and are marked as offline. There is also no possibility to change SSID configuration because of a blank site.
