In some Sophos Central regions, a number of access points have gone offline after the recent update. The issue has been fixed but affected customers may need to re-register their access points to re-establish Wi-Fi connectivity.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Wireless (AP Series & APX Series)
Access points will no longer broadcast an SSID and communication via the Wi-Fi network will not be possible. Wireless Access Points will show offline in Sophos Central.
The problem is resolved in Sophos Central, but the Access Point needs to be re-registered. Please follow the Steps in "Resolution"
