Update on mail scanning failure.

I installed the CA and restarted the mail client, enabled imap/s scanning, the result was timeout on mail accounts. Removed mail scanning and clients connect.

So, in summary v19 EAP2 has broken IMAP/S scanning.

The same problem. Mail policy also not tagging spam e-mials as SPAM.
IMAP scanning is very important thing. Will be release any hotfix for that in the near future?

Did this work in MR2? Because MR2 and EAP2 has a bug fix, which should resolve this: NC-54523

Yes, imaps scanning worked in v18.5.2 mr-2. I gave up on smtp/s scanning failed too often on too many devices.

I restored the backup of v18.5 MR2 to v19 EAP2. Then, the "TLS certificate" setting of "SMTP TLS configuration" and "POP and IMAP TLS configuration" was changed to "Default".
I had to change the "TLS certificate" setting to the original.

Is there any chance for a maintenance patch to support IMAP/S protocols in EAP2? If not, unfortunately I will have to withdraw from testing for now. The EAP1 worked very well in this respect. Even though this is a test environment, I would like to be sure that the basic protection functions are working.

I found the answer to the issue in another thread. Basically v19 EAP2 for some unknown reason changes the XG default certificate used by mail scanning. You need to change to your preferred CA and that should fix the issue.
