xg 105 shows disconnected in Sophos central firewall manager

I have a xg 105 firewall that shows as disconnected in Sophos central firewall manager.

It was staying synced until approximately three weeks ago.

I have all the settings configured as instructed by Sophos .

Does anyone have information on correcting the problem.

    Is there steps for for me to correct the Disconnected firewall,my firewall still shows that it is not connected to Central Firewall Manager

    Where is the garner.log located?

    I looked at the Advisory but the incident is not resolved for my XG 105 firewall.
