xg 105 shows disconnected in Sophos central firewall manager

Is there steps for for me to correct the Disconnected firewall,my firewall still shows that it is not connected to Central Firewall Manager

Where is the garner.log located?

I looked at the Advisory but the incident is not resolved for my XG 105 firewall.

Oh!! I forgot to mention the link, please refer, Sophos Firewall: Where to find log files. I am not sure about the steps PM me the garner logs and I will take a look at it.

I looked at the reference as to where to find log files

I do not have console access to this firewall.

The logs in the gui show that the firewall is receiving antivirus updates

The logs also show that the firewall is not sending information to CFM

Im not sure what the " garner logs " are or how to find them.
