Do you see any denied logs under Application filter in log viewer?

Hi! Sorry but I'm not so expert on Sophos Firewall. If I understand what you ask me, I went on Log Viewer and I select "application filter" on right upper corner (near Search); the log is empty.

That's the correct option you have reviewed. Now, as there is no logs under log viewer which suggest that it may not be blocked via application filter. Could you also see if any denied logs under web filter?

Also, if that does not have any denied logs related to Rustdesk. Try creating the LAN to WAN firewall rule with the source as any specific source wherein you can test without applying any policy and see the outcome.

I didn't find any denied logs releated to RustDesk under Web filter. 
There are many users that are surfing trought the firewall, I wouldn't want to create any issue, working on network rules

In that case, I suggest raising the support case to review.
