VPN Menu Missing from User Portal

Hi Tolga Erseker  Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. Yes, this is expected from SFOS 20.0 and later as there is a separate VPN portal is introduced in SFOS 20.0 and later OS. Due to this reason you are not seeing VPN related details inside user portal menu.

Please login over the VPN portal and that will give you the required VPN-related config file download option.
