Services tab in System/Hosts and services is empty in GUI

After adding a new service via the Web Admin, the Services tab under System/"Hosts and services" is blank. I can still see the services when adding firewall rules. Currently running SFOS 20.0.1 MR-1-Build342.

Hello Chris, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. This is related to issue NC-137333 , which has missing services entry on UI but is available on FW rules. Fix should be expected on v20 MR2…

To update the thread, MR2 is now released: Sophos Firewall OS v20 MR2 is Now Available

And this is included in the fix NC-137333 Kindly refer to the release notes: https://docs.sophos.com/releasenotes/index.html?productGroupID=nsg&productID=xg&versionID=20.0
