My WiFi access points are connected through XG135 firewall capitive portal by creating user credentials. All the users are getting " this net work is untrusted/unsafe" message. What could be the reason

Are you using Sophos Access Points or different one? Check whether have you enabled SSID using strong security mode. If this is not enabled, you are likely to receive such alert on your windows.

APs are HP make Auroba and same APs are connected earlier with Cybroam Firewall. During that time no message/alert prompted.

Create firewall rule with the destination FQDN as connectivitycheck.gstatic.com.

Sir the problem was not resolved. after adding FQDN rule, the Conitnue anyway via browser screen is appering and once we touch on the screen it directly connecting without asking login credentials.

My wifi works on capitive portal with predefined login credentials
