Solution to ESO updater not working; Halo MCC updater resolution

The thread was closed but I wanted to share my solution.

Here was my solution.

I created a web exception as rfcat_vk suggested.

Here is for Halo MCC if anyone is having trouble updating, maybe try this IP list and firewall rule. Took me a while to solve it but haven't had updating issues since.
