Ips not working on home edition

Hi All

I'm using sophos home addition Since four weeks i'm  struggle to Make it work Ips But no lucke

My hardware is 

Intel i7 8700 cpu

8gb Ram with Intel i350 nic 

Firmware 19.5.3mr  Any help will be appreciated

    Hi   As no Log Viewer logs were observed for IPS in your shared snapshot, it cannot confirm IPS is not working. it may have other possibilities like IPS alert is not yet triggered as no such detection observed for traffic OR may be the firewall rule that allows traffic not containing any IPS policy over it due to that it is not detecting any known IPS signature rule and not taking action on it. OR IPS is there on the rule but a limited set of signatures are there added in that IPS and those not yet triggered are based on traffic passing via it. - It is just my suspicion based on the information on this thread so far.

    In case you would like to test and validate it, you may create a custom IPS signature to block some known traffic for URL or IP and add that IPS signature with drop action to any new test IPS policy and apply this IPS policy to test machine LAN to WAN rule and generate traffic and that should give you Log Viewer Logs under "IPS".

    Thank you very much for everyone who reply me back.what a sweet community I migrate from  untangle to sophos I already mentioned my problem on first post. Only one thing keep bothering me. I have almost 128 device. There is almost 100 IoT. and 28 some comtutors to two synology nas. Yes, and some tablets.wen I was using untangle With the same set up I was getting. IPS within Weak 1000 session, Pass 1000 block. And now it's  with sophos more than one month. There's no, pass or black Session I can see in log file. So there was i confused. I'm doing something wrong with the setup, but which is not.

    I've tried my best to set up different way. But result is 0.
