Additionally, if you can simulate the access again but this time open up a Log Viewer on GUI or Advanced Shell and check the WAF logs using to give you further insight of the encountered error:

Sophos Firewall GUI logs - go to Log viewer at the top of the screen and then select Web Server Protection from the drop-down menu.
Live log view on Advanced shell then run command: tail -f /log/reverseproxy.log

thanks a lot for your reply.
I have already seen the link you sent me but unfortunately the problem is still there.
Now when I point the server's IP the message "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource."
The login prompt still does not appear.
Do you have any idea about it?

Do you publish your server with IP or NAME?
WAF need the configured NAME or IP to recognize your need.

Yes I do.

I have published the server with IP address, I reach it on to the Public IP of the Firewall.
