  • Updated to 19.5.0 Build 197. Experienced issues this morning about 1 hr after upgrade the ReportingDB service went offline. All Red tunnels disconnected and staff were unable to SSL VPN connect.

Rebooted the firewall through the web console and the firewall returned back to a functioning state.

Call from the client 5+ hours later. Red Tunnels were offline again then SSL VPN dropped clients. Web service on typically on 4444 was delivering a HTTP 500 to requests on all zones. (Device was also offline in Central) Staff inside the network were still getting traffic as normal.

SSH was failing to connect during this period as well. Another reboot of the unit and we are back operating again however we will be looking at rolling the firmware back.

Based off my understanding the management portal web server logs are in the apache.log file however when i checked the file its completely empty.
